I'm really glad you're here.

I've spent 20-years in and around corporate America and know firsthand what it's like to relentlessly hustle and push harder in order to be successful. I also know years of shifting and changing oneself to stay on top, leads to internal friction and lack of fulfillment.

Feeling lost and deeply disconnected, I followed a path and process to turn inward. With the help of a trusting guide, I activated my intuition and returned to my inner-wisdom and soul-truth, which allowed me to release the labels and expectations that didn't align to who I really am, and instead, lead with my intuition, love and compassion.

My new approach allowed me to feel in complete alignment with myself and show-up authentically, which facilitated an immense increase in confidence, feeling more fulfilled, a deeper connection to others and overall feeling like I was making a bigger difference than I ever had.

Now, I guide other professionals and leaders to do the same.

I've spent 16-years as a Human Resources leader, am a Master Executive Coach, Certified Life Coach, an Intuitive, Reiki Master Teacher and reader of Akashic Records, and I bring all aspects of myself, my experience and my gifts to help professionals just like you.

ABOUT MY LIFE OUTSIDE OF MY BUSINESS...

I live at the base of the beautiful Wasatch mountains and in the thin air outside Salt Lake City, Utah. I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, moved away for ten years (spending time in San Diego, Denver, and Seattle), swearing I would never move back, yet here I am.

I play a therapist on TV. Okay, I don't. Helping people the way I do is much like therapy. Except it's not. Sarcasm comes pretty easily for me; I consider it a talent. I am very sentimental. I am a reality TV junkie. Not all reality TV, but some. Don't judge me. I didn't get to be this helpful with people from my college degree.

I enjoy movies, but please don't quote movie lines to me, I won't get it and you'll be frustrated. I do really love that you have all that brain space for those lines though!

I love music; it fuels my soul. I enjoy traveling, but have many more places I want to go than the places I have been. I like sports, it tends to bring out my super-competitive side.

I still talk like a valley girl, including over-using the words "like," "totally," and "seriously." I love my family and great friends. I thoroughly enjoy interior design - making a space filled with love and fun. I am always up for cooking and having people over for good conversation and laughs. If you text with me, you'll quickly learn I love exclamation points!!!!
